Dodge City men's soccer picked up another big win over another top-ranked team last week, beating #9 Indian Hills 2-1 to move to 8-2-3 on the season.
The performance of
Rensho Ishikawa in goal earned him the KJCCC Division I Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time this season. The honor marks the fourth time this year the Conquistador goalkeeper group has picked up Player of the Week honors.
Ishikawa got the start against Indian Hills and played all 90 minutes against the Warriors, recording five saves while conceding only one goal, recording an 83.3% save percentage.
On the season Ishikawa has played in four games, starting all four, with a record of 3-0-1. He has 21 saves with an 80.8% save percentage in his four appearances.
