From the Dugout
- Dodge City Community College has a 19-19 record but has had some struggles in the conference, as they are just 4-16 in Jayhawk play.
- Early on the offense was very strong and the pitching was inconsistent
- Recently that has been flipped as the pitching has improved and the bats have struggled.

- The Conqs have a pair of players in the top 8 in the conference in home runs.

- Otero has lost seven straight games.
- The offense has been a problem for them, as they are last in Region 9 in OBP, and Slugging.
Cloud County Community College
- Cloud County has been good so far this year, going 24-14 overall, and 12-8 in the conference.
- Cloud County has had great baserunning and defense which has helped them to a good season despite not being a great hitting team and not having great pitching thus far.
- The Conqs will have to be careful how they pitch to Grant Schmidt as he has already hit 10 home runs this year.
