The outdoor track and field season continued for the for the Conquistadors at the Broncbuster Invitational and several personal records were posted by Conqs. Yanely Puentes improved her times in both the 800 and 1500-meter runs.

In the 800-meter run she posted a time of 2:45.26 to improve by nearly two seconds, while she recorded a time of 5:36.97 in the 1500-meter run to improve her time by nearly seven seconds.
