Competing for the fourth straight week, the Dodge City men's golf team hit the links against primarily NCAA Division II competition at the Holiday Inn Express Invitational hosted by Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri. 
 
The Conquistadors finished 14^th as a team with an 882 (+42) team score over three rounds at St. Joseph Country Club. In the first round, the Conqs shot a 299 (+19) and then responded in a big way in the second round, going two under par with a 278. To cap the tournament, the Conqs shot a 305 (+25). 
 
Once again Mason Barningham led the Conqs as he finished tied for 12^th out of 103 golfers with a 213 (+3) score. He posted rounds of 74, 71, and 68. 
 
Lucas Kuiper joined Barningham in the top 20, tying for 19^th at 215 (+5) with rounds of 73, 68, and 74. 
 
Brennen Coffield finished tied for 76^th with a 226 (+16) score after shooting rounds of 76, 80, and 81, while Panyapat Khantiyoo capped his tournament with a score of 228 (+18) to tie for 84^th, shooting rounds of 76, 70, and 82. Wyatt Sharp capped the Conq performances, finishing 102^nd with a 237 (+27) after rounds of 78, 77, and 82. 
 
The Conqs will wrap up the fall season when they compete at the NJCAA National Preview, which will take place on October 19^th-20^th in Fort Smith, Arkansas, at the Hardscrabble Country Club, which will host the NJCAA Division I National Championships in the spring.
