Game 1 – Won 9-8 vs Seward County
The long ball played a big role on the day for both teams, and in game one, the Conqs took advantage of the home run with four to mount a comeback, snatching a walk-off win over the Saints. Seward County grabbed the early lead, working the bases loaded in the first and then clearing them for three runs on a double. The Conqs answered with a first-pitch solo home run by Hunter Morgan to open the bottom of the first, but Seward County belted a solo homer in the second to lead 4-1. The Saints added to their lead with a pair of runs in the fourth. Trailing 6-1 in the bottom of the fourth, the Conqs started their push back into the game, scoring three runs on a three-run homer by Preston Harrison, and after a run by the Saints in the fifth, the Conqs again tallied three to tie the game at 7-7. Angel Vazquez recorded an RBI single and Cameron Stukenborg a two RBI single in the fifth.
Conqs grabbed their first lead in the bottom of the sixth with a leadoff home run by Jordi Guerrero, making it 8-7 entering the seventh. Looking for three outs to secure the win, the Conqs saw Seward County get a leadoff single, and after two stolen bases and a passed ball, the Saints drew even at 8-8. In the bottom of the seventh, Ben Longoria stepped to the plate and belted a solo homer to open the inning and cap the game as the Conqs won in walk-off fashion 9-8.

The offense produced 11 hits for the Conqs in the win with four home runs. Harrison finished 2-3 with three RBI, a home run, a double, and a run scored, while Longoria went 2-3 with two runs scored, a home run, and an RBI. Morgan added a 2-4 game with two runs scored and an RBI.

Game 2 – Lost 13-2 vs Seward County
The Conqs' offense sputtered a bit in the second game of the day, generating some base runners but were unable to keep pace with Seward County. The Saints took the early lead with two runs on a two-run homer in the top of the second, but the Conqs answered in the bottom of the second, plating their only two runs of the game. The Saints scratched three more runs across in the third with another two-run homer highlighting the inning. The Conqs saw Seward County tally another in the fifth and then explode late with four runs in the eighth on three home runs and three more runs in the ninth, including the sixth home run of the game for the Saints. Conqs ultimately fell 13-2 to split the doubleheader.
