Dodge City men's soccer is off to a 2-0-1 start this season, and last week in the 1-0 shutout win over Northern Oklahoma-Enid, the performance of goalkeeper
Rensho Ishikawa earned him KJCCC Division I Goalkeeper of the Week honors.
The Conquistadors secured a 1-0 road win in their first action away from home, beating NOC-Enid and
Rensho Ishikawa in his first appearance as a Conq, anchored the goal for 90 minutes, recording three saves and the shutout.
The shutout win is the second shutout victory under Head Coach
Juan Espinal, who is in his second season leading the Conqs.
Up next, the Conqs will host Western Texas on Saturday, September 6th at 12:00 pm and then open KJCCC action on Wednesday, September 10th at Coffeyville.
