Dodge City men's golf continued with fall competition as they teed it up at the Falcon Cup Classic hosted by Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, at Auburn Hills Golf Course. 
 
The Conquistadors would finish fifth out of 14 teams in action and were the third-best NJCAA team, as six NJCAA schools competed. Over three rounds of action, the Conqs finished with a team score of 900 (+36), carding rounds of 298, 297, and 305. 
 
Drew Heinz continues to lead the Conqs, as the sophomore was the top finisher for the Conqs yet again, finishing fourth place out of 80 golfers. Heinz posted a score of 212 (-4), finishing just two strokes out of second place and six strokes back of first place. He posted three under-par rounds, going 70, 71, and 71 over three rounds at the Falcon Cup Classic. 
 
The quartet of Aidan Robinson, Joao Iglesias, Panyapat Khantiyoo, and Prakrit Jumpla all finished close together, placing 29th, tied for 30th, tied for 32nd, and tied for 35th, respectively. Robinson posted a score of 229 (+13), carding rounds of 79, 73, and 77, while Iglesias was just behind him with a score of 230 (+14), posting rounds of 76, 78, and 76. A score of 231 (+15) was posted by Khantiyoo as he shot rounds of 75, 75, and 81, while Jumpla posted a score of 232 (+16), posting rounds of 76, 75, and 81. 
 
Jacob Egan finished 57th overall with a score of 242 (+26), shooting rounds of 77, 84, and 81. Blake Strong finished out the Conq performances posting a score of 269 (+53) to finish 72nd after shooting rounds of 90, 95, and 84. 
 
The fall season will wrap up for the Conqs on October 30th-31st when they compete at the NJCAA National Preview in Newton, Kansas, at Sand Creek Station Golf Course.
