The sixth would see more runs on both sides as the Conqs tallied six led by a grand slam from Reneau Ratzlaff and a two-run homer by Yelton but Cowley matched with six of their own. After the Conqs were unable to score in the top of the seventh Cowley worked a pair of base runners on in the bottom of the seventh and then blasted a three-run home run to take the game 20-17.
