The fall season was capped with a strong performance from the Dodge City men's golf team at the NJCAA National Preview. That performance moved the Conquistadors up in the latest NJCAA Division I rankings released by Clippd by Scoreboard. 
 
The Conquistadors come in at #13 in the latest rankings. The Conqs capped the fall season with a strong showing at the NJCAA National Preview finishing sixth as a team and finishing ahead or tied with four teams who rank ahead of them in the poll. The fall season opened for the Conqs with a repeat tournament win as the Conqs claimed the Southwestern Christian Invitational title for the second straight year. Conqs also recorded a third-place finish at a NCAA DII event the Sam Proal Insurance Invitational in Pueblo, Colorado, and fifth place at the Newman Invite. 
 
All 11 Conqs who competed in the fall are ranked individually as the individual ranking features over 350 golfers. Leading the way for the Conqs in the rankings is Rhys Nicholas who is the highest-ranked Conq at #18. Freshman, Joao Iglesias has started his career for the Conqs strong and is ranked #28 after the fall season. 
 
Four more Conqs check in the rankings in the Top 100 as Jack McKie is ranked #83, Knowlyn Egan at #91, Luke Shelton at #94, and Chutithep Rungpajchim comes in at #99. Drew Heinz is ranked #130, while Kolby Legg checks in at #157, Colby Hays at #175, Winston Knobloch at #183, and Blake Strong at #223. 
 
Conqs now focus on the spring where they will compete at a high level and challenge in the KJCCC, Region 6, and the district while looking to earn another trip to the NJCAA National tournament.
