Box Score HUTCHINSON, Kan. - After getting a big 4-0 win on Sunday, the Conquistador women's soccer team traveled to Hutchinson Community College where they fell to the Blue Dragons by a score of 8-0.

The Conqs didn't come out as strong as they would like, giving up five goals in the first half with three of those coming in the first 20 minutes and one coming in the last minute.

Hutchinson did not let up in the second half, connecting on three more goals to give the Blue Dragons the 8-0 win. The Blue Dragons scored in the 13th minute of the second half and quickly scored again two minutes later to make the score 7-0. Again in the 38th minute, Hutch was able to add their eighth goal, winning 8-0.

"Today, we did not play the way we wanted to," head coach Steward Bortey said. "We definitely have things we need to improve on. Even though we took the loss today, it is over and we have to move on from it and get ready for Northwest Kansas Technical College". 

The Conqs are now 4-5-1 on the year and will be in action again on Sunday, Sept. 24, as they host Northwest Kansas Technical College at 12 p.m.
