Box Score WICHITA, Kansas: Dodge City men's basketball finished their fairy-tale season tonight, falling 76-70 to Hutchinson Community College in the Championship game of the NJCAA Region VI Tournament.

Payton Pervier earned spots on the NJCAA Region VI All-Tournament Team after posting impressive numbers throughout tournament play.
The Conqs led the Blue Dragons 39-33 heading into the second half, but Hutchinson put in a 43-31 output in the second half to come away with the six-point victory.
Ameer Jackson led the Conqs with nine from the field, including one three and 2-2 from the stripe for 21 points. He also pulled down four boards and posted two assists and two steals towards the Dodge effort.
Payton Pervier finished the season with 21 double-doubles after posting 17 pionts and 10 boards. He also led the team with seven blocks on the night while going 7-9 from the field and 3-3 from the free throw line.
Raheem Watts was good for 15 points after hitting seven from the field including one from the arc. He also put in three rebounds, two assists and one block for the Conqs.
James Newton also led he team with four assists on the night.
DC3 finishes 20-14 overall and with their first appearance in a NJCAA Region VI Championship game since 1982.
