Box Score DODGE CITY, Kansas:  DC3 men's basketball drops their record to 14-9 overall and 4-5 in Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference play after a 79-63 loss to the nationally ranked #18 Hutchinson Blue Dragons.

Dodge took the first half 32-31, but went down with a 48-31 deficit in the second to go down 79-63 on the night.
 
The second half proved too strong for the Conqs as the Blue Dragons outshot the Conqs with a 68 field goal percentage, 75 percent from long range and 84.6 from the stripe in the second half alone.  The Conqs put in a 32.3 percentage from the field in the second while posting 4-10 from the arc and 53.8 percent from the free throw line.
 
On the night, RAheem Watts was good for 16 points and four boards while leading the team with three steals and owning three assists and one block.  Watts hit five from the field, went 2-4 from three-point range and 4-4 from the stripe.
 
EJ Eaves and James Newton had 13 and 12 points respectively.   Eaves hit five from the field and went 3-5 from the stripe while newton owned four from the field, two from long range and went 2-3 from the free throw line.
 
Payton Pervier pulled down 11 boards on the night while adding two blocks, one steal and six points for the Conqs.
 
DC3 will hit the road and take on Barton at 7:30 p.m. at Wednesday, February 4.
