The outdoor track and field season continued for the Conquistadors at the Thunderbird Classic in Concordia and Denise Dominguez had a spectacular performance.

Dominguez shattered the outdoor school record in the 10,000-meter run posting a time of 39:12.55 to best the school record by 2:24.63 and would qualify her for NJCAA Outdoor National Championships by nearly one minute.
