Dodge City Community College Athletics

Dodge City baseball took three of four last week over Pratt to win the series over the Beavers and several Conquistadors had strong performances in the series including, Carson Wright. 
 
Wright went 7-13 at the plate as he played in all three wins over Pratt and lit up the scoreboard in the series finale when he went 3-4 with three home runs including a grand slam that got the Conqs back into the game. He finished with three runs scored, eight RBI, three home runs, and a walk in the series finale win. Overall in the three games played he had seven hits, seven runs scored, 11 RBI, a double, three home runs, three walks, and two stolen bases. 
 
On the season the freshman is batting .409 with 27 hits, 22 runs, 19 RBI, three doubles, a triple, four home runs, 13 walks, and nine stolen bases.
