After another competitive year across all sports for Dodge City Community College athletics, more recognition comes in for the Conquistador athletic teams for the 2025-26 school year, with success in the classroom. 

The NJCAA annually awards All-Academic honors to teams and student-athletes who have success in the classroom. Eleven teams and 75 Conq student-athletes have earned recognition from the NJCAA for the 2025-26 academic year. 

As a team, the programs must earn a collective GPA of 3.0 or better for the year. Individually, student-athletes are recognized by the NJCAA for All-Academic honors if they achieve a GPA of 3.6-4.0 for the 2025-26 academic year. First-team honors go to student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA, second-team honors to student-athletes with a 3.8-3.99 GPA, and third-team honors to student-athletes with a 3.6-3.79 GPA. 

Eleven Conq teams earned NJCAA All-Academic honors after posting a 3.0 or better GPA for the year. The following teams earned recognition: volleyball (3.74), women's golf (3.70), softball (3.61), women's basketball (3.58), men's golf (3.53), men's soccer (3.42), women's soccer (3.38), baseball (3.27), women's cross country (3.22), men's cross country (3.16), an women's track and field (3.16). 

Individually, 14 Conq different programs had at least one student-athlete earn NJCAA All-Academic honors with 75 total Conq athletes. 

In total, 13,723 student-athletes across the NJCAA earned the distinction of All-Academic honors individually, while 1,446 teams were recognized as they posted a 3.0 or better GPA. Dodge City CC Athletic department finished the 2025-26 school year with a 3.118 GPA for all NJCAA-sanctioned sports and a 3.03 GPA for all sports.
