Dodge City men's golf team played to a Top 10 finish at the NJCAA Division I National Championships as they finished tied for tenth playing in Newton, Kansas at Sand Creek Station golf course.
The Conquistadors for the sixth time under Head Coach, Chris Robinson earned a Top 10 finish at the National Championships as they competed in their 33rd straight national tournament. The Conqs posted a four-round score of 1,182 (+30) to tie for tenth place posting rounds of 292, 296, 289, and 305.
Both Brent Reintjes and Arthit Kruaprayong led the Conqs as they recorded a score of 293 (+5) to finish tied for 34th. For Reintjes he posted rounds of 74, 73, 72, and 74, while Kruaprayong had rounds of 71, 72, 75, and 75.
A score of 299 (+11) was recorded by Supakit Seelanagae who finished tied for 60th notching rounds of 72, 76, 73, and 78.
Thanaphon Suwannapratheep posted a 302 (+14) for the tournament to finish tied for 70th place posting rounds of 75, 75, 74, and 78.
Both Austin Goodrum and Cole Streck competed for the Conqs each seeing action in two rounds of the tournament. Goodrum started the tournament by posting rounds of 76 and 77 over the first two rounds, while Cole Streck subbed in for the final two rounds and shot a 70 and 82.
Conqs close out a great golf season finishing tied for 10th at the NJCAA DI National Championships, competing at the event for the 33rd straight year.
