The Dodge City football program has turned a corner in year two under Head Coach, Terry Karg which has led to national recognition from being in the rankings to now being featured on ESPN+ as part of NJCAA's deal with ESPN to feature NJCAA content on the ESPN+ platform. 
 
The #10 Conquistadors are set to host #13 Butler on Saturday, November 4th and that game has been selected as a NJCAA feature game to air live on ESPN+. Kickoff for the contest has been moved up to an hour to noon with the selection of being a feature game on ESPN+. 
 
"I am excited with the changes that NJCAA made with their agreement with ESPN+. The change opened up this opportunity for us to showcase our football team along with Butler on a national platform. It will be a great opportunity for our student-athletes to be featured on ESPN+ and I know that it will be a great way to showcase the Jayhawk Conference," said Dodge City Athletic Director, Jacob Ripple. 
 
The Conqs game against Butler is part of a series of regular season NJCAA football games that are featured on ESPN+ as part of NJCAA's deal with ESPN. The NJCAA deal also includes featuring plenty of championship content on ESPN+ as games from volleyball, women's and men's soccer, football, women's and men's basketball, baseball, and softball at their respective national tournaments. 
 
This season has already been one that has put Dodge City back on the map in football as the Conquistadors are 5-3 marking the most wins since the 2016 season and helping them be currently ranked #10 in the nation. The Conqs are looking to continue to earn more recognition and find more success. 
 
ESPN+ is the industry-leading sports streaming service that offers fans in the U.S. thousands of live sports events, original programming not available on ESPN's linear TV or digital networks, and exclusive editorial content from dozens of ESPN writers and reporters. Launched in April 2018, ESPN+ has grown to more than 22.3 million subscribers. 
 
The game will only be featured on ESPN+ and available through the ESPN+ streaming platform. The Conqs will look to continue their strong play when they host Butler, on Saturday, November 4th for a noon kickoff.
