FG% 42.0 (4th KJCCC) | 3FG% 34.8 (3rd) | FT% 65.4 (9th) | PPG 76.3 (3rd)
STATS LINK
- The Conqs are coming off a 75-68 loss to last-place Colby at home on Wednesday, the Trojans' first win in KJCCC play this season.
- While DC3 is locked into the No. 9 seed for the Region VI Tournament, it still has plenty to play for. The Conqs are looking to surpass 2014's total of 17 wins - the most by the program since the 2005-06 season when the Conqs won 20 games.
- The Conqs' seven KJCCC wins is the most for the program since the 2006-07 season when it went 5-11. An eighth KJCCC win would tie the 2005-06 team's total.
- With Rachel Slattery's 22 points and Antania Newton's 25 points, both have jumped back into the top six in scoring in the KJCCC. Slattery is fifth in the conference at 14.9 points per game while Newton is sixth at 14.6.
- Newton's 25 points also vaulted her into the top 10 in DC3 history in scoring at No. 9 with 737 points. She will move into eighth place in school history if she scores at least six points in Saturday's contest. She's also in the DC3 all-time top 10 in 3-point field goals (third, 117) and assists (fourth, 179). Newton sits No. 2 in the DC3 record book with her 72 3-pointers this season and her 45.6 percent shooting from beyond the arc leads the KJCCC and is second in DC3 history (0.1 percent from the record).
- Slattery along with being No. 5 in the conference in scoring leads the KJCCC in rebounding (13.1 - sixth in the NJCAA) and field goal percentage (65.0 - third in the NJCAA). She' also second in the KJCCC and sixth in the country in blocks (2.9).
- Coach Mark James (third season) is 46-45 at DC3 and 13-34 in KJCCC play.

SEWARD COUNTY BREAKDOWN (20-7, 12-5 KJCCC)

STATS LINK
- The Saints have won five of their last six games, including Wednesday's 54-47 victory on the road at first-place Garden City. During that streak Seward has defeated both first-place teams in the KJCCC - also beating Hutchinson 68-63 at home Feb. 10.
- Seward has been one of the top defensive teams in the conference this season as the Saints are second in points allowed per game in KJCCC play (56.8), first in opponents' field goal percentage (31.5) and third in opponents' 3-point percentage (28.3). They are also first in blocks at 6.8 per game.
- Seward's length is a large contributor to its defensive prowess as four of the five Saints starters are 5-foot-10 or taller in 6-foot-7 Joanna Grymek, 6-foot-3 Axelle Bernard, 6-foot Clitan de Sousa and 5-foot-10 Daniela Galindo. The team's other starter is 5-foot-7 guard Tiani White.
