NOTES: Conq women travel to take on No. 21 Seward on Saturday

DODGE CITY, Kan. — The Dodge City Community College women's basketball team is looking for their first win against Seward since 2006 when the Conqs travel to take on the No. 21 Saints 6 p.m. Saturday in Liberal, Kansas.

- DC3 moved to 5-0 in games after losses this season with a 74-37 win over Colby on Wednesday on the road. Rachel Slattery paced the Conqs with 26 points, 14 rebounds and three blocks. Antania Newton and Alexus Johnson each added 14 points with both going 4-for-7 from beyond the arc.
- The Conqs lead the KJCCC in rebounds per game (48.2) and free throws per contest (26.0).

- Seward is coming off a 77-66 loss to Garden City at home on Wednesday. Axelle Bernard led the Saints with 18 points while Clitan de Sousa and Tiani White had 17 points apiece. Seward's starters scored 61 of the team's 66 points.
