Box Score HUTCHINSON, Kansas:  The #2 team in the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference proved their status last night as they defeated Conquistador women's volleyball in straight sets.

The opposition took out DC3 with staggering results, putting down the Conqs 25-16, 25-12 and 25-15 in each set.

Hailee Hoskinson led the Conqs with four kills in 15 attempts for a .267 attack percentage while Emily Slattery, Brandi Fairbank and Ana Babovic each had three apiece.  Slattery was also the only Conquistador to garner a solo block on the night.

Alexis Sanchez led the team with seven assists while Daisy Cheek managed three and Hoskinson posted two.  Katie Garcia, Cynthia Cisneros and Sanchez all topped the charts in digs with nine, eight and seven respectively.

Dodge City will continue conference play on Wednesday, September 17 at 6:30 p.m. when they take on Barton Community College in the DC3 Gym at home.
