Dodge City volleyball stretched their current win streak to six with a straight-set sweep of rival Garden City at home, 25-18, 25-17, 25-16.
The win moves the #8 Conquistadors to 21-5 on the season and 10-1 in KJCCC action. The 21 wins match the most in a season under head coach
Erin Mellinger, while also moving the Conqs to 7-1 on the season at home.

Sunni Skipps, and went on to take the first set, 25-18. Back-to-back points to open the second set put the Conqs ahead early, but another run in the middle of the set created separation, leading to a 25-17 second set. The third set again saw Garden City with an early lead as they went up 3-0 and 8-5 but the Conqs went on a 6-1 run to move ahead at 11-9. The Conqs then extended their lead, took the third set 25-16, and won the match.
