Dodge City rodeo team had a solid showing at the SWOSU Rodeo and Kyle Cheney earned the belt buckle by winning the bull riding competition as he took first place with a successful ride in both the short and long rounds. In the long round he posted a 70-point ride and then won the short round with a 74-point ride for a 144 total score to win the bull riding competition.
