Dodge City women’s basketball moved to 5-0 on the season with three non-conference wins last week. Manuela Piljevic continues to put together strong performances to start the season for the Conquistadors. She opened the week with 19 points on 7-14 shooting including 4-9 three-pointers adding eight rebounds, four assists, and three steals against North Platte. She followed that up with 11 points on 4-8 shooting in just three quarters against Trinidad State adding six rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Piljevic capped the week with a career-high 26 points on 9-12 shooting including 6-9 three-pointers adding three rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one block against Laramie County.
