Dodge City Community College Athletics

Dodge City football battled #1 Hutchinson, and the defense had several highlight performances for the Conquistadors in the contest. Nate Gunderson continued to have a strong year as he recorded 15 tackles on the day with 3.5 tackles for loss and a pass break up. The 15 tackles are the most in a game by an individual since September 23^rd, 2023. On the season Gunderson is second on the team in tackles with 39, while adding three sacks and 10.5 tackles for loss. He ranks third in the KJCCC in total tackles, fifth in tackles per game (6.5), tied for third in tackles for loss. He's also tied for third in NJCAA in tackles for loss.
