Dodge City Community College Athletics

Dodge City men’s basketball team had another full slate last week picking up a road win over Butler and falling a tough contest against Hutchinson. Shawn Warrior had a career night in the contest with Hutchinson as he posted a career high 26 points on 10-12 shooting and 5-6 from the free throw line, while adding seven rebounds, three assists, four steals, and three blocks. In the win against Butler, he struggled to score but was impactful with his defense and finished with nine rebounds along with two blocks adding two points. 
 
On the season Warrior has played in all 12 games and is averaging seven points per game on 47.5% shooting adding 5.3 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game.
