Brett Rojas

1st year as Head Spirit Squad Coach (5th year on staff)

Brett Rojas is in his fifth year at Dodge City on the spirit squad coaching staff taking over as head coach in May 2025, while serving as an assistant coach his first four years at Dodge City. Coming to Dodge City he brought coaching experience at multiple levels along with collegiate cheer experience with him.

During his four years at Dodge City he has won four-straight Region VI Grand Champions titles with his teams winning each competition they competed in the first two years at the Region championships. He oversaw the Intermediate Small Coed Junior College team to three NCA National Championships in 2023, 2024, and 2025. He helped led the Conquistadors to a Advanced Small Coed Junior College NCA National Championship in 2024, along with runner-up finishes in 2022 and 2025, and a third place finish in 2023. In 2024 the Advanced team also finished second in the Grand Champion competition. 
 
Rojas has coached at all levels of cheerleading including all-star, high school, and collegiate and is a proven champion winning three NCA College championships with Texas A&M and Blinn College while coaching. He also has been a member of the NCA staff both college and traditional staff since 2010 helping instruct middle through high school teams across the country. Brett had the opportunity in 2016 to travel to Japan with the NCA and serve as an instructor for their Far East camp, helping run a four-day cheer camp for military kids.
 
In college Rojas cheered at Blinn and Sam Houston State and won three NCA College championships.
 
Rojas has two dogs, Bear and Nala that are basically his dog kids.
