Dodge City women's basketball rolled to their eighth straight win and a 10-1 record along with a 5-0 mark in the KJCCC behind a 106-40 rout of Pratt on the road.

The win marks the largest margin of victory in a KJCCC contest under Head Coach, Landon Steele as the Conquistadors recorded the 66-point win besting the previous margin by 20 points (46 points vs Colby and Northwest Kansas Tech).

The Conqs snagged the lead early and were up 14-2 five minutes into the contest. Pratt would make it 16-7 but the Conqs would score the remaining 14 points of the first quarter to lead 30-7 after the first 10 minutes of action. In the second quarter the Beavers of Pratt would get a layup with just under nine minutes left in the first half to make it 34-9 and the Conqs would finish the first half on a 17-0 run to lead 51-9 at intermission. The Conqs continued to dominate in the second half extending the lead out and working to a 106-40 marking the third highest scoring game under Coach Steele at Dodge City.
