                    Box Score Dodge City volleyball swept the season series against Pratt beating the Beavers for the second time this season in three-straight sets, 25-15, 25-10, 26-24. 
The win moves the Conquistadors to 15-14 on the season and 6-8 in KJCCC play with two matches remaining in the regular season. 
Hayden Pinard opened the night for the Conqs with an ace for the first point and the Conqs would work to a 9-2 advantage in the first set leading to an early Pratt timeout. The lead continued to grow for the Conqs working up to double figures at 16-6 and ultimately leading to a 25-15 first set win for the Conqs. Set two saw a scorching hot start for the Conqs as they rattled off eight straight points to open the set and once again controlled the set taking it 25-10. The third set saw a strong start again from the Conqs as they lead 10-3 but Pratt pushed back and would tie the set at 15-15 and even take a late lead multiple times including going up 23-21. The Conqs countered with three straight points to work to set/match point but would need an extra point to decide the set taking it 26-24. 
The Conqs spread out the offense in the win as Tess De Zanet recorded 11 kills, while both Beatriz Lampugnani Cornachini and Agnes Hegardt each tallied eight kills. Cornachini added four aces and six digs on the night. Caitlyn Sonday got into the mix with six kills and three block assists, while Leisey Keli'i recorded 17 digs and two aces on the night. Jatnna Pena finished with 10 digs, while Pinard posted 24 assists, three aces, and six digs and Sierra Scanlan added 14 assists, six digs, and three kills. 
The regular season wraps up for the Conqs next week as they will host Butler on Wednesday, October 25th at 6:00 pm and then cap the regular season against Colby on Saturday, October 28th at 6:30 pm.
