Dodge City women’s basketball split a pair of contests last week and Shorna Preston was solid in her minutes for the Conquistadors in the contests. She posted seven points on 3-6 shooting including 1-1 three-pointers against Cowley adding five rebounds, four assists, two steals, and two blocks. Preston then recorded seven points on 3-6 shooting with six rebounds and two blocks against Butler. On the season she is averaging 6.5 points per game on 50.8% shooting while adding 5.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game.
