Logan Martin enters her first season as assistant coach for Dodge City CC softball, joining the staff in August 2026.
Martin made her way to Dodge City after entering the coaching realm back in 2021. During the 2026 season, she was an assistant coach at Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas, while she started her coaching career in 2021 while still pursuing her bachelor’s degree, as she was an assistant coach at Davis High School (OK). She made the jump to the college coaching ranks and served as an assistant coach at Seward County CC for the 2021-22 school year, helping the team finish as Region 6 runner-ups for the 2022 season. She went on to Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where she spent three seasons as an assistant coach while earning her master’s degree.
The Oklahoma native played at the NJCAA, spending two seasons competing at Murray State College. Her sophomore year, she helped Murray State post a 40-10 record winning a region and district championship as she played, she hit .323 with 43 hits, 42 runs, eight doubles, two triples, seven home runs, 41 RBI, and 19 walks.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oklahoma State University and then graduated with a master’s degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, earning it in Adult Education Management and Administration.
