Rachel Williams spent two seasons leading the Dodge City CC volleyball program amassing an 11-49 record over 60 games.
Williams was born in Parker, Arizona however, having grown up in Upland, California, considers herself a Southern California native. Williams grew up playing various sports including softball, soccer, basketball & eventually careering in volleyball. The impact that every sports experience has made along with volleyball, has had a significant influence in her life & has inspired her commitment to youth, junior & collegiate athletics.
Most recently, Williams has owned & operated her own youth volleyball club out of Kansas City, KS. From 2013-2017, she worked as an Assistant Coach at Portland State, Louisiana Tech & Northern Arizona University & prior to her D1 collegiate coaching experience, she was an Assistant Coach at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona along with running yet another youth volleyball organization, Yavapai Juniors Volleyball Club.
Rachel was a four-year starting defensive player at the University of Arizona (1999-2002) & a Pac-10 Champion. Throughout Rachel’s career at Arizona, the Wildcats went from a top 40 team to a top 4 team.
