Jordan came to the Lady Conq's volleyball staff after spending last season as an assistant coach at West Texas College in Snyder, Texas. While at WTC, Vail was responsible for the hitters and offensive and defensive development.

Prior to her time as an assistant coach, Jordan spent four years as a player at the NCAA Division I level. Vail made a detour for her freshman year at Baylor University in the Big 12 and then transferred to the University of North Dakota. While at UND, she was a First-Team All Conference performer in both 2017 and 2018 . Additionally, she was a member of the All-Tournament Team in 2017 and 2018 en route to two straight conference tournament championships and two straight NCAA Tournament appearances. She was an integral member of teams that won the first two conference championships in school history.

Jordan received her Bachelors degree in Social Sciences with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Dakota. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management.
