Jacob Sander spent one season as assistant volleyball coach at Dodge City.
Sander comes to Dodge City with several years of volleyball coaching experience at all different levels. He spent time working as an assistant coach at the University of South Alabama (2015-18) and served as an assistant coach at West Florida (2018-19). For seven years he served as assistant director for juniors club for Mobile Storm Volleyball club indoor program and was the founder and spent three years as the director for the Mobile Storm Beach Volleyball club.
He also played volleyball having started the men’s program at the University of South Alabama and played with them for three years (2013-15). He played libero and setter for a men’s open independent team (2015-17) based out of Nashville and traveled the country playing in tournaments. Sander also played men’s A and open level beach tournaments all over the country for the last four years (2019-2022).
Sander earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama.
