Alex Stecklein spent one season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Dodge City CC volleyball team.
Stecklein played two seasons of volleyball at Dodge City in 2016 and 2017 playing in 55 total matches during her two seasons. Her sophomore season she amassed 472 digs playing primarily in a libero/defensive specialist role, while adding 60 assists, 11 aces, and seven kills in the season. During her tenure on the team she helped the team win 21 matches in 2016 and 19 in 2017.
The Dodge City native also suited up for the Conquistador softball team. She played in 15 games her sophomore season recording 13 hits.
