Quite possibly the most well-known non Dodge City Community College athletics employee to all of the student-athletes, you would be hard pressed not to find Jeanie Rose at one of the multiple home Conquistador athletic events.
Previously serving as the official photographer for all the DC3 home athletic events, Rose has volunteered countless hours towards her photography with hopes of nothing more than to be able to see the smiles and joy that it brings to families that are able to view the photos of their son or daughter competing for DC3.
Growing up in southeast Colorado, Jeanie has always had a passion for sports and photography. Following a 32-year career with the state of Kansas, Rose retired from her job in September of 2011. Rose started with photos of athletic trainers in action at DC3 football games then branched out to taking photos of all 16 sports that Dodge City offered including pre-season headshots when needed.
Rose currently lives in Dodge City with her husband Frank Rose and has two children, and five grandchildren.
