The Dodge City football coaching staff continues to be revamped as Head Coach
Ryan Lusby has added
Drew Zaubi as the latest coach to the staff. Zaubi will serve as an assistant coach and oversee the wide receivers.
Zaubi joins the Conquistador coaching staff after spending the past three years from the fall of 2023 to the winter of 2025 at Missouri State University, where he served as a quality control coach on offense, working with wide receivers.
Â
He hopes to impact Dodge City football in several ways. "I hope to develop young men of God through the game of football. I want anybody I coach, regardless of position or side of the ball, to have a flawless transition to the next level, where they too can impact their teammates as men and as winning football players. I want to say I left a positive impact on the players and will be remembered as a winner whenever I reach my next coaching spot," said Zaubi.
