Dodge City men's soccer hit the road for the first round of the playoffs and would square off with #5 Cowley in Arkansas City and fell to the Tigers 4-0. 
 
Behind a pair of goals in each half, Cowley got the better of the Conquistadors to finish the Conqs season. The Conqs kept it a scoreless battle for the 36 minutes of action but in the 36th minute Cowley broke through to tally the first goal of the game. With just four minutes remaining in the first half, Cowley got on the board again and the Conqs trailed 2-0 at intermission. The second half would see limited opportunities for the Conqs ultimately leading to the 4-0 final in favor of the Tigers. 
 
The Conqs in the loss were outshot 21-7 with just three shots on goal in the contest. 
 
With the loss, the Conqs end year one under Head Coach, Juan Espinal with a 5-12-2 record.
