Box Score Dodge City men's soccer wrapped up KJCCC action with a road contest against Coffeyville and was doomed by a pair of second-half goals by Coffeyville as the Red Ravens beat the Conquistadors 3-1. 

The loss moves the Conqs to 5-10-2 on the season and they finish 3-7-2 in KJCCC play to finish sixth in the conference. 

The Conqs would play with a good amount of possession and generate some solid opportunities but in the first half, it was a foul inside the box that led to the first goal of the game. In the 19th minute, the Conqs were called for a foul in the box and Coffeyville was awarded a penalty kick which they would utilize for the first goal of the day. The Conqs would trail 1-0 at halftime but in the 63rd minute of the contest would draw even as Soma Kanazawa went top shelf in the corner for a goal on a pass from David Garcia. Just a minute later Coffeyville grabbed the lead back with their second goal of the contest and the Red Ravens would add another with 11 minutes remaining in the matchup as the Conqs fell 3-1. 

The Conqs will wrap up the regular season on Tuesday, October 29th, at 5:00 p.m. against #4 Iowa Western. Then, they will turn their attention to the postseason, as they will take on #7 Cowley in the opening round of the Plains District playoffs on Saturday, November 2nd, in Arkansas City.
