HISTORY
- In its lone meeting against Iowa Western since the Reivers' football program began in 2009, DC3 lost to the Reivers 57-14 last season on the road. Iowa Western was ranked as high as No. 1 last season and finished the season No. 3 after going 11-1.

PREVIOUS GAME
- DC3 outscored Independence Community College 24-0 in the fourth quarter to rally for a 38-21 victory in the Conqs' home opener on Saturday at Memorial Stadium.
- Iowa Western, a program that was ranked No. 3 to start the season, picked up its first win of 2015 on Saturday with a 13-6 win over Highland at home on Saturday.

- The back-to-back losses for Iowa Western to start the 2015 season is the first time the program has lost consecutive games since the program's inaugural season in 2009 when the Reivers lost their first three games on their way to a 5-4 campaign.
- Since going 5-4 in its first season, Iowa Western is 53-8 – which includes the 2012 national championship in just its fourth year.
