Dodge City Community College Athletics

Dodge City volleyball team saw their season come to an end in the first round of the playoffs but it was a season that saw plenty of success for the Conquistadors as they hosted a first round playoff game for the first time since 2010 and finished fourth in the KJCCC. Bruna Torres was a key leader for the Conquistadors all season and in the last game against Colby she had a single game career best 52 digs. On the year she recorded 580 digs, while adding 56 assists, 20 aces, and three kills. Her 6.37 digs per set rank third in the nationally in the NJCAA. She finishes her junior college career with 1,264 digs.
