Dodge City Community College Athletics

Dodge City women’s basketball picked up three wins last week returning to action from the holiday break and Morane Dossou stepped into a starting role and had some strong performances for the Conquistadors. Dossou in the road win over Fort Hays Tech Northwest grabbed 15 rebounds, while adding six points, two assists, one block, and one steal. In the win over Colby, Dossou impacted the game not with her scoring but in several other ways with 10 rebounds and a block. She finished the week against her former team posting 13 points on 6-11 shooting adding seven rebounds. On the season she is averaging 4.6 points per game along with 6.1 rebounds per game.
