After coming close earlier in the outdoor track and field season Sequoya McAdoo earned a trip to the NJCAA Outdoor Championships after posting a time of 1:05.14 in the 400-meter hurdles to qualify in the event. She would finish third at Region 6 Outdoor Championships in the 400-meter hurdles and also took seventh place in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.41.
