Dodge City baseball for the first time since 2016 earned a series win over Barton taking three of four games against the Cougars. The stellar pitching of Bryce Chambers was a highlight for the Conquistadors in the series as he threw a complete game nine inning shutout in game two of the series which the Conqs won 3-0. Chambers gave up just six hits and one walk in the win and struckout seven. On the season he is 6-3 in 10 appearances with nine starts and has tossed 49 innings with a 4.41 ERA and 46 strikeouts.
