Dodge City baseball played to a four-game series split with Cloud County and the play of Joseph Dominguez emerged to lead the Conquistadors. Dominguez who anchored second base all four games of the series was 11-17 with three doubles, a triple, five RBI, and three runs scored. In game two of the series a Conq win, he was 4-5 with a run scored, a double, a triple, and two RBI. He then had a pair of three hit games on the road in Concordia going 3-4 and 3-5. Dominguez recorded 11 of his 19 hits on the season in the series with Cloud County and on the season is batting .452 with eight runs scored, four doubles, a triple, nine RBI, and four walks.
