Dodge City Community College Athletics

Dodge City women’s basketball competed in the Region 6 playoffs and Kyriana Jones had a strong week for the Conquistadors. She posted 17 points on 6-9 shooting and going 4-5 from the free throw line in a win over Garden City adding four rebounds, two assists, and two steals. In the Region 6 Semifinals against Butler, Jones tallied a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds, while adding one assist, three steals, and one block. Her performance during the region tournament earned her Region 6 All-Tournament team honors. 

On the season Jones is averaging 11.6 points per game on 35.7% shooting, while adding five rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.1 steals per game.
