Dodge City Community College Athletics

Dodge City track and field compete at the Region 6 Indoor Championships and the performance of Norma Rodriguez was strong for the Conquistadors. Rodriguez scored points for the Conqs in three events over the weekend. She was part of the 4x800 meter relay team that posted a time of 10:01.84 to take second in the event and qualify for nationals. She also placed sixth in the 5000-meter run and eighth in the 3000-meter run with times of 19:17.25 and 11:08.11.
