Dodge City women’s basketball picked up pair of wins last week to move to 19-3 on the season and Parris Atkins was a big piece of the Conquistador wins. Atkins opened the week up with a career-high 27 points on 11-16 shooting along with eight rebounds, four assists, three steals, and a block in a road win over Independence. She followed that up with 17 points on 7-17 shooting with five rebounds, three assists, and three steals in win over Pratt. She is averaging 16 points per game on 49.7% shooting while adding 4.9 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 3.2 steals per game.
