The women’s basketball team picked up two more victories last week beating Coffeyille behind 23 three-pointers and topping Barton on the road. Mia Jordan has had some strong performances for the Conquistadors and taken her play to a new level since the holiday break. Jordan posted 13 points on 6-11 shooting with four rebounds, three assists, one steal, and one block in win over Coffeyville. She followed that up with six points, four rebounds, one assist, and two blocks in the road win over Barton. On the season she is averaging 4.8 points per game on 45.7% shooting, while adding four rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game.
