Dodge City baseball team picked up the series win over Colby last week using plenty of offense in the series to win three of four. Donnie Rhyne helped lead the charge for the Conquistadors in the series as he was 8-11 with eight runs scored, seven RBI, five walks, three home runs, three doubles, and a stolen base in the four games.Â

He opened the series going 1-1 with two walks, a home run, two RBI, and a stolen base in a Conqs win, and then followed that up with a 3-4 game with five runs scored, two RBI, two walks, a double, and a home run as the Conqs sweep the doubleheader at home against Colby. In the two games at Colby, Rhyne had a multi-hit game in each.Â

On the season Rhyne is hitting .339 with 19 hits, 23 runs scored, 10 RBI, 32 walks, six doubles, three home runs, and four stolen bases in 28 games.Â
