Dodge City Community College Athletics

Dodge City baseball took on Barton last week and Cooper Tomkinson had a solid series for the Conquistadors recording at least one hit in all four games of the series. Tomkinson overall had five hits, two runs scored, three RBI, two walks, and a stolen base against Barton. 
 
In the series opening win for the Conqs, Tomkinson was 2-3 with a run scored, while he broke up the shutout in the first game at home of the series with a pinch hit two RBI single and capped the series by going 1-4 with a run scored, walk, and RBI. 
 
On the season Tomkinson is hitting .303 with 23 hits, 22 runs scored, 15 RBI, 15 walks, three doubles, and eight stolen bases.
